1. Who we are

MetisLearn (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed via this website. For any privacy enquiries, contact privacy@metislearn.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us via the contact form: name, work email, company, role, and the message you write.
Technical data automatically collected when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

To respond to enquiries, legitimate interest / pre-contract steps at your request.
To operate and secure the site, legitimate interest.
Analytics, only if you consent via the cookie banner.

4. Sharing

We use vetted processors to host the site and deliver email. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless we enter a contract, in which case retention follows the contract. Technical logs are kept up to 90 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email privacy@metislearn.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Where processors are outside the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
