MetisLearn is a learning & performance consultancy for organisations whose work is changing faster than their people can be trained. We combine adult-learning science, instructional design craft and AI-assisted production to deliver onboarding, upskilling and reskilling programs that actually move performance.
Why we exist
Most corporate learning is built for compliance, not capability. Long courses, generic libraries, no transfer to the job. Meanwhile AI is changing how every role works — and the half-life of skills keeps shrinking. We exist to close that gap with learning that is short, scenario-based, measurable and continuously updated.
